The Untold Story of Sixtus Ogbuehi’s Transfer Agreement Between Campos FC Nigeria And Amanecer FC Spain

On 17 March 2021, a formal transfer agreement was signed between Campos Football Club of Nigeria and Amanecer FC of Spain concerning the move of Nigerian talent Mr. Nzubechi Sixtus Ogbuehi to European football.

The deal was structured to ensure a smooth transition for the player while clearly defining the financial and legal rights of both clubs

PLAYER AUTHORIZATION

Campos Football Club officially granted permission for Sixtus Ogbuehi to sign an employment contract with Amanecer FC. This authorization allowed his incorporation into the Spanish side during the next transfer window, streamlining his registration process through FIFA’s Transfer Matching System (TMS).

RENUNCIATION OF CLAIM

Campos FC waived all future claims relating to training compensation or any potential disciplinary issues against Amanecer FC. This proactive step eliminated the risk of disputes, fostering a harmonious working relationship between both clubs.

FINANCIAL RIGHTS AGREEMENT

A clear future earnings structure was also outlined

Amanecer FC will receive 10% of any subsequent transfer fee or financial rights from the player’s future moves.

Campos FC retains 90% of these rights, especially for deals processed via FIFA’s TMS.

This agreement was signed and ratified by representatives from both clubs a testament to their collaborative approach in advancing the player’s career.

For Sixtus Ogbuehi, this deal marked a career-defining milestone, giving him the platform to showcase his skills in Spain while ensuring long-term benefits for both his Nigerian and Spanish clubs.
