A star is celebrated by Nigeria and the Federal University of Technology Owerri (FUTO). Professor Oguzie makes the world’s 2% List of scientists. Professor of Chemistry, Emeka Emmanuel Oguzie has been named among the world’s best scientists.
The US-based Stanford University report recently released a list that represents the top 2% of the most-cited scientists in various disciplines. In this list, Prof. Emeka Oguzie was selected from a huge list of159,683 persons globally. The report was prepared by Prof. John PA Loannidis of Stanford University and his team, on November 14, 2020. This database, according to IIT Guwahati, was created to provide updated analyses and a publicly available database of top scientists. Also, the Scientists provide standardized information on citations, h-index, co-authorship-adjusted hm-index, citations to papers in different authorship positions, and a composite indicator.
