In Harry Porter’s story illustration, Jack Thorne spoke to Harry. Jack said “Those we love never truly leave us, Harry. There are things that death cannot touch.”. and Richard Puz says that “Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love, leaves a memory no one can steal.” Emeka Alozie leaves us with memories hard to forget. Emeka left this world in the early hours of the 3rd of August 2020 to Cardiac arrest.

Emeka Graduated as one of the best Students from Polymer Engineering and was given the Afprint Scholar Award. He was, as always, a very active member of the FUTO Alumni Structure. Emeka was the BOT Secretary until his death. All the chapters of the FUTO Alumni Association know who Emeka was.
He was the Immediate Past Chairman of the FUTO Alumni Association Lagos Chapter. Emeka took over the Lagos Chapter at a time of crisis and diffused the pressures to allow a new journey.
He Is Not Dead. I cannot say, and I will not say that he is dead. He is just away. With a cheery smile and a wave of the hand, He has wandered into an unknown land And left us dreaming how very fair It needs must be, since he lingers there. And you—oh you, who the wildest yearn For an old-time step, and the glad return, Think of him faring on, as dear In the love of There as the love of Here. Think of him still as the same. I say, He is not dead—he is just away.”
