Great FUTOites,
We once again welcome everyone  to the month of our meeting. March 2018.
Let me excite you! Xman will be speaking at the FUTO Alumni meeting in March at Lekki.
We promised that we will not stop making it interesting for all us to meet and create value out of our network. One interesting thing is that our attendance has been encouraging. We want this to be sustained. We want to give everyone the reason to give our meeting some time to sit, wine, dine, discuss to share life and business ideas.
Last meeting was held in January 2018 at the Zaboom Restaurant & Chinese Cuisine in Teslim Balogun Stadium in Surulere. The meeting had  a full house of excited people. At that meeting, it was Engr. George Nsoribe who took us on a knowledge journey of self-discovery and personal development. Engr George told us that for any success to happen for anyone, that person must first know self and begin the journey from there.  As would be expected, after introduction, many of us met members who have services we need. And today, some businesses has been transaction.
This March 2018, we will be meeting at the Sailors Lounge in Lekki. Date is Sunday 25th March 2018 and time is 3pm. Sailors Lounge is located on Plot 1, Block 12, Admiralty Road (Beside Daytona Pharmacy)

Why sailors? It is a good place and represents a place to network. It has a space on the top floor for meeting and a sea side for after hours. We don’t only want to talk. We want to relax. This venue was offered to us free of charge by our own Rex, the CEO of FPG Technologies, a company that flexes with a lot of technology solutions for a wide range of industries. Most interestingly, this march meeting will be hosted by the Island Hub of the FUTO Alumni Lagos Chapter. This was confirmed after our meeting of brotherhood among the leadership team of the Hub and the elected leadership of the chapter. Many fruitful items were discussed especially the consensus to develop a more robust and sustainable governance model for the Lagos Chapter that will drive integration and growth.
Now the big one! When everyone needs success, they must discuss success. Yes! You don’t just pray for success, you think it, you discuss it and you walk the journey. At the March 25th meeting, we will discuss why SUCCESS IS A JOURNEY. This topic will be taken by the enigmatic motivational speaker in the person of Suleiman Shaibu who we featured in our last blog where we shouted that Blogs are rolling. Suleiman is a jolly fellow and popularly known as Xman by his pals. You will not want to miss the meeting if you really who know who Suleiman is. He is an Independent Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker with The John Maxwell Team.
