In this article, we will discuss this topic and you answer for yourself if success is confusing

Success

What success means to one person can be different from what it means to another person. To some, it means attaining a high position, and to others, it means achieving wealth and fame. One way to understand the feeling is to look at how FUTO students felt when they got the International Hardware award. One known fact is, there is a process by which success can be achieved, and this process differs from person to person. That is why Bryan Tracy would say, it requires “self-discipline“

Achieving Success

Often, people tend to be confused as to what they can do to achieve success in life and their career. Sometimes they end up following the wrong path in a hurry. Bryan Tracy offers seven suggestions here. Other motivational writers offered five steps. In this article, I will be offering readers my own five steps suggestions in no particular order.

Know what you want

People tend to commit themselves to different things why? Usually, because that is the “in thing” at the time. You have to think and ask yourself what success means to you, and when you find a definite answer, you are well on your way to achieving it.

Set goals

You need to ascertain the goals you require to achieve success. These goals can be long or short term goals. Always put into consideration the skills, resources, and individuals that will assist you in achieving your goals. Avoid setting unrealistic goals that will frustrate you in the end.

Set a time frame for achieving these goals

This time frame helps you track your progress and keeps you focused on your target goals. Always set realistic time frames and avoid procrastination. Be disciplined!

Be committed and motivated

Commitment and motivation are qualities that will serve as a driving force towards achieving your goals.

Celebrate Achievements

Finally, after scaling through all the hurdles on the way, celebrate every goal or milestone you have achieved as this will propel you to do more to attain success at the end.

So Create your own definition. Design your path. But don’t forget that you must achieve something good.
